Services & Care
What types of care do you offer?
We offer residential care for independent elders, bedridden care for those needing full assistance, dementia support for early-stage cases, palliative care, post-hospital recovery care, and short-term respite care.
Do you accept short-term stays?
Yes, we offer short-term and respite care for families who need temporary care while travelling or need a break. Short-stay residents receive the same quality of care as permanent residents.
Admissions & Process
What is the admission process?
Contact us to discuss your loved one's needs. We'll schedule a visit so you can see our facility and meet our staff. After assessment, we'll create a customised care plan and complete the necessary paperwork.
Can I visit my family member anytime?
Visiting hours are 10 AM to 6 PM daily. We encourage family visits as they're important for residents' wellbeing. Please call ahead so we can ensure your loved one is available.
Medical Care
Do you provide medical care?
Yes, we have a full-time nurse on-site 24/7 and arrange bi-monthly doctor visits. We can coordinate specialist visits and hospital trips as needed. Medicines should be supplied by the family.
What happens in a medical emergency?
Our nurse is trained to handle emergencies. We have quick access to nearby hospitals including St Thomas, SRMC, and MIOT. We'll immediately contact family members in any emergency situation.
What about dietary requirements?
We accommodate vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences, plus special diets including diabetic, low-salt, soft food, and liquid diets. Our in-house kitchen prepares fresh South Indian and continental meals.
Facilities & Pricing
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our facility has wheelchair ramps, wide doorways, handrails throughout, non-slip floors, and accessible bathrooms. Safety is our top priority.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The fee includes accommodation, 3 meals daily plus snacks, 24/7 nursing supervision, bi-monthly doctor visits, daily laundry and housekeeping. Medicines, diapers, and specialist visits are extra.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is customised based on care level required, room type chosen, and individual needs. Contact us for a personalised quote after discussing your loved one's specific requirements.
